Germination Inck Media was founded in the summer of 2005 and is owned and operated by Jeremy C. Flowers.  He has been drawing for twenty years, and making music for seven.

The company's current focus is in independent, creater-owned comic book publishing, with additional aims in providing graphical character design services for the film and game industries along with music production services for similar entertainment mediums.
